公辦重劃:

抵費地盈餘款並非直接發還土地所有權人,而是依平均地權條例施行細則第84條第3項及市地重劃實施辦法第56條規定,半數撥充實施平均地權基金,半數作為增添該重劃區公共設施建設、管理、維護之費用。

自辦重劃:

自辦重劃之抵費地出售盈餘款處理,如未於重劃會章程規定,應由理事會訂定並提報會員大會審議通過後辦理。
