「抵價地」為何
政府機關於辦理區段徵收時,對於應發給私有土地所有權人之補償地價,經私有土地所有權人之申請,得不發給現金補償,而改按其應領補償地價與區段徵收補償地價總額之比例,計算其應領之權利價值,以開發後之可供建築土地折算抵付,該抵付補償費之可供建築土地稱為「抵價地」。
