抵價地總面積須由需用土地人考量各地區特性、開發目的、開發總費用、公共設施用地比例、土地使用強度、土地所有權人受益程度及實際發展狀況等因素決定。依現行法令規定,抵價地總面積以徵收總面積50%為原則,最低不得少於40%。
