重劃區內應行拆遷之建築改良物所有權人於規定期限內自行拆遷者獎勵規定

重劃區內應行拆遷之建築改良物凡於限期內自行拆除者，發給合法建築物重建價格及違章建築處理費50%(含)以上之拆遷獎勵金，逾期未拆者不發給。本府代為拆除時，有關建築材料及室內物品，所有人應自行搬離，否則如有毀損滅失，不另予賠償，且代為拆除費用將於拆遷補償(處理)費金額內扣回。
自辦重劃：
自辦重劃是否發放拆遷獎勵金，相關法令並未規定，應由理事會訂定並提報會員大會審議通過後辦理。
